HTC refreshes their affordable Desire lineup with four new smartphones in US



HTC America Inc., this morning have announced their latest range of Desire smartphone in the United States. The four new HTC Desire LTE smartphones, will be called as the HTC Desire 626, Desire 626s, Desire 526 and Desire 520, which is read to be designed for a premium smartphone experience at affordable prices, that can be accessible by all consumers. With the brand new four HTC handsets, the Taiwanese manufacturer packs some of the foremost flagship like features found in their HTC One M9 to colorful and modern design, which should bring some excitement to the folks who's fond of polycarbonate and vivid smartphones.

"At HTC, we don't think you should have to sacrifice or settle if you are looking for an affordable smartphone. That is why we are bringing the absolute best affordable smartphones to market with the HTC Desire lineup. Our Desire smartphones bring the premium experiences, performance and style of our flagship smartphone at an incredible price,"  said Jason Mackenzie, president of HTC America.

And according to the press release we read from HTC, all the newly announced smartphones are promised to be available in a wide variety of shades and comes partnered by most of the prepaid and postpaid United States based wireless network carriers, which will include AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, Tracfone, Verizon Wireless and Virgin Mobile USA. As far as their availability dates and pricing plans are concerned, it is reported that each telecommunication provider will confirm the colors and models it will be carrying, starting this week.




The HTC Desire 626 and HTC Desire 626s both will share a 5-inches High Definition Super LCD screen of 720p resolution, Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset with speeds of 1.1GHz, Adreno 304 Graphics Processing Unit, 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage on Desire 626, while the Desire 626s will come with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, both expandable via microSD card slots up to 200 GB. 8 megapixels primary shooter with backside illumination, auto-focus and is capable of capturing 720p videos, and from the front you must find a five megapixels camera for Desire 626 and two megapixels secondary snapper for Desire 626s, both with BSI sensors and 720p video recording features. For connectivity you will be treated with 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz, GPS/AGPS plus GLONASS for location and navigation, a 2,000mAh powered battery, running Android 5.1 Lollipop with HTC Sense UI. The handset features a mixture of dual color combination, including Marshmallow White, Gray Lava, Blue Lagoon, Marine White and White Birch. HTC Desire 626 and Desire 626s measures 146.9 x 70.9 x 8.19 millimeters and weighs 140 grams on mass.




For the HTC Desire 526, it will attribute a 4.7-inches Super LCD screen of qHD resolution,  which will arrive in tint of Stealth Black, and for the Desire 520, it has got a 4.5-inches screen, Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor clocked at 1.1GHz, Adreno 304 GPU, 1.5 gigabytes of Random Access Memory and eight gigs of on board storage, expandable via microSD card slots up to 200 GB. There is an eight megapixels primary camera auto-focusing with backside illumination, which can record HD videos of 720 pixels, on the front you have a two megapixels secondary camera with BSI sensors and 720p video recording capabilities. From the connectivity department, you can browse the internet with the speeds of 4G LTE networks, Bluetooth 4.1, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz, GPS/AGPS plus GLONASS for tracking, a same 2,000mAh powered battery and Android 5.1 Lollipop with HTC Sense UI on top, comes in Stealth Black tincture. The phone is scaled at 140 x 70 x 9.9 mm in dimensions and is 156 grams light.






Lastly for the Desire 520, unlike a 139.8 x 68.9 x 9.05 mm body, 4.5-inches Super LCD screen of FWVGA resolution display, and 1 GB RAM, this smartphone is so identical to the the phone described above, the Desire 526. You will see it hitting the markets soon in Steel Gray color option. All the models will be accompanied by HTC Sense 7, customizable with HTC Themes, HTC BlinkFeed and other HTC Sense Home applications.
