Nokia can make a way back to mobile devices, but it's complicated

Nokia, the Finnish multinational communications and information technology company has finally has made things clear and comments on media speculations about their return to mobile devices. For 14 years Nokia was the biggest cell phone maker in the world, and of course the  brand almost became a household name with their devices dominating the world markets. We agree that, but things are not the same for Nokia anymore after 2014, the major part of their company including the Devices & Services business was sold to Microsoft back the previous year in the month of April. From then, we always had that feeling, will the Finnish manufacturer make their return to manufacturing and selling mobile devices, or not.

And now, if you believe it or not, Nokia is looking for someone to take up the responsibilities and partner them in the business. No we are not kidding this time around folks, substantially for an appropriate answer for our/your questions from months, we have Robert Morlino, a spokesman for Nokia Technologies with a statement answering the media on the long rumored and well speculated news, officially this time.

Interestingly, as Nokia is concerned they have already vended their enormous manufacturing, marketing and channel distribution capabilities, which you require to be in this business competition of making & selling phones, so basically the Nokia you see today is mainly focused bringing a well connected world, through mobile network infrastructure, location & mapping services, and also technology development & licensing.

Well, the anxious Nokia new believes that, the right road back to the making and selling mobile phones is through a brand-licensing model first, which primarily means them in partnering with someone who can be responsible for all of the manufacturing, sales, marketing and customer support for the products, in all.

If and when we find a world-class partner who can take on those responsibilities, we would work closely with them to guide the design and technology differentiation, as we did with the Nokia N1 Android tablet. That's the only way the bar would be met for a mobile device we'd be proud to have bear the Nokia brand, and that people will love to buy.

In short, Nokia is researching for a partner, who can help them in heavy lifting and work closely around to make and deliver a great products again. And as of the agreement made to Microsoft in 2014, the soonest possibilities of this to happen is not anytime before the quarter four of next year, 2016. Anyways, we always want to see Nokia back in the game making some cool gadgets for the present marketplace, what do you guys think?
