As we got passed the 13 of this month, at least here in the Kingdom already, we have some big announcements coming in from the Stateside, where you should have probably guessed what it's all leading to. Exactly, the South Korean multinational electronics manufacturing giant have made some fairly and literally large announcements, making way for their latest craftsmanship to the game, taking the wraps off the newest and latest generation Samsung branded smartphones, walking all the roads from their Galaxy Unpacked 2015 event, which took it's place earlier yesterday at the New York City of United States.
So breaking all the wall of anticipation and hang fire of the Samsung aficionados, we finally saw the big players from SK, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., take the stage to showmanship and announce their global launch of the fifth generation Galaxy Note 5 phablet/smartphone, that was accompanied by the much talked about and the larger entrant of the Galaxy S6 handset, yes folks, we are definitely hinting about the all new, extra large and distinctively designed Galaxy S6 Edge+. Both these new smartphones that got newly introduced to the world are being talked here about the manufacturer's commitment to the big screen smartphone market, with what it made it's start back in 2011 by debuting the original Galaxy Note.

As far to what these devices are concerned to Samsung, the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ were mentioned to be a blend of form and function with some of the best in class and industry leading features, that includes the package of premier screen technology, along with the highly efficient and most advanced cameras for superior quality photos and videos, as well as attributing the phone maker's latest fast wireless and wired charging integration, and even bringing you the core performance with incredibly smooth and powerful processors.
Introduction of the hiked four gigabytes of LPDDR4 Random Access Memory (RAM) to the contemporary smartphones offers it's users with seamless multi-tasking, heavy graphics and faster networks with the capacity and the processing powers. A part from that, we have to highlight the curved 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED screen on the cutting-edge Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+, which now makes the edge experience even bigger to have matched with an immersive multimedia experience.
The newly-designed Galaxy Note 5 is no less from it's segment, bringing you closer to the foremost and preeminent ways of productivity and the refined 5th gen S-Pen capabilities. Also they do come with dedicated fingerprint scanner integration to the home button, for biometrics authentication, as seen lately from any high-end Samsung smartphones.

For shooting we have an advanced camera setup with a 16 megapixels primary shooter on the back with a wide f/1.9 aperture, and features auto real-time High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography, Smart Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), brand-new filters and Quick Launch, with which you can launch the camera app by just double clicking the home button of the phone. The Note 5 and S6 Edge+ phablets can record 4K UHD videos and Live Broadcast footages instantly in FHD formats, right from the phone to any individual, group of contacts, or even to the public through YouTube Live. From the front your treated to a five megapixels front facing snapper, same with an f/1.9 aperture.
Connectivity-wise, we have fourth generation LTE Cat.9 and LTE Cat.6 connectivity support (may differ by markets and mobile operators), WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, MIMO( 2x2), Bluetooth version 4.2 Low Energy (LE), ANT+, USB 2.0, Near Field Communication (NFC) and GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS and Beidou for much accurate location tracking and mapping services. Accelerometer, proximity, RGB light, geo-magnetic, gyro, fingerprint, barometer, hall and HRM sensors have made their presence.
The handsets boots to Android operating system version 5.1 Lollipop and is all geared by a 3,000mAh powered battery that is fast charging capable both wired and wireless. Wireless charging is compatible with WPC and PMA, both devices can be fully charged in about 90 minutes approximately (wired), and with Samsung's latest wireless charger, they can fully juice up in just 120 minutes, as boasted.
With Samsung Pay, you can safely and and virtually commence mobile payment service from anywhere, as it will be launching in Korea, on the 20 of this month, and will head to US by the 28 of September. The service is under complete protection of Samsung KNOX, fingerprint verification and digital tokenization, where Samsung Pay should work with both MST, which is the Magnetic Secure Transmission and NFC, that is the well-known Near Field Communication technologies.
Lastly the devices have been scheduled to be available in the markets starting this month itself, coming straight out of the box in 32 and 64 gigabytes of storage options, in shades of White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium. Pricing details are to be announced at launch.
