Gentle, the Android Lollipop OS powered folder smartphone or the clamshell phone from LG, that was originally announced at the end of the previous month in Seoul, South Korea, has now taken it's road to the global markets after being an exclusive at the manufacturer's homeland of business, for the first few initial days of it's retail sales.
The new smart flip phone from LG will be renamed as the latest LG Wine Smart and has planned to make it's international debut in the upcoming weeks of this month, in selected countries that will include France, Italy, Poland, Spain, Kazakhstan and Japan. Pricing details along with carrier listings will be announced locally at launch, by LG and it's partners.
"Our goal with LG Wine Smart was to create a smartphone that fans of flip phones could embrace. Consumers shouldn't have to miss out on the smartphone revolution because they prefer a particular phone design over another. With LG Wine Smart, they won't have to," said Chris Yie, Vice President and Head of Marketing Communications for LG Mobile Communications Company.
